I was there over a month ago and during my first appointment I was told that I was not able to get the procedure due to my hemo levels. Before I even went to my appointment- *** clinic was able to fund $300, I was able to find another organization to fund the other $300. I advised them of this and because their internet was down they werent able to confirm so the clinic still had me pay an additional $300 in cash in order to even be seen, stating that their credit card machine was down and they couldnt see the other funding. I came back 3 days later for my actual appointment.. they said they received the additional funding so I would receive a refund for my $300 payment. I went to have my hemo re checked and it was again too low, so I was not able to get the procedure done. ***y said I couldnt have my money back that day and that I would have to wait for a check in the mail that nobody would know how long it would take to get it. It has now been over a month and I still have not received my money back. So this clinic has now been paid $900 for a procedure that never happened and will not refund my money. When I called and went up there to inquire about my refund, I was responded to with a very nonchalant rude careless attitude from the front desk personnel. Nobody would give me any information to resolve the matter or any numbers I can contact regarding my refund. I have since went to the location multiple times and called and each time, nobody can tell me anything. ***re is no corporate number on the website. This was now 5 weeks ago and they still have not refunded me or allowed me to speak to anyone regarding my moneyBusiness response

Our *************** has researched this refund. The refund was issued and mailed to the provided address on 4/25/24.
Unfortunately, the letter with the refund was returned as Undeliverable:
The Postal Carrier returned this check to us as "Unable to Forward," meaning the address you've entered for Patient Refund SK is incorrect.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would, however, advise that this company offer further customer service training to its front office staff. When I was initially asked for my address, I offered to write it for her, to assure accuracy. She replied you good, I got it and has since had an extremely nasty attitude during every inquiry regarding this matter. I appreciate the prompt resolution from the higher up, as the main office took absolutely no initiative to follow up & advised me to just wait, as *** already told you this matter could have been resolved with a better etiquette, considering the nature of the business.
