      The ******* has experienced delays beyond our control. However, we have already offered a reshipment to the customer to address this concern.

      I purchased a product from this company. They said it was delivered. I could not find the package. Even asked neighbors. I asked for a refund. They said no. They kept telling me I had it even though I dont. I emailed to tell them I dont have it and it has been a couple weeks and they have never replied to my asking what we were going to do to rectify the situation. I would like a refund because I dont trust them to actually send one out.

      Received email about a part time job from a sender I do not know. Email address contains this companies name. Application portal doesn’t match company site name or ladies email. It’s advertising a drop shipping job that I suspect is a scam . The unsubscribe option leads to another site I’ve never heard of and asks for my email. I’ve never subscribed to any of the sites involved or heard of the company prior to this email. I didn’t know there was a butt plug company and don’t see how drop shipping and printing fake checks is even related . Whole thing is fishy. I’ve taken screen shots of the information and sites this email led to and blocked the sender.

      I placed an order on Jul 25th, 2022 - Order #********* - I rrceived a package on July 28, 2022. What I ordered was not in the package.   What I received I can not even describe...on the box was SKU: ********* - Desc: Trinket Prastic Clear.   I attempted to contact the company via phone, number was no good, via email and no response, and via the returns tab on thier website and no response. Even mentioned happy to return what I received if they send a shipping label. I am not mad/frustrated...I know **** happens...but I needed them to address this issue quickly as a it is for a special occasion! Thanks in advance for your understanding! Rs ****

      This company is advertising "synthetic" animal fur when in fact it is a real tail they are selling. I am appalled that real tails are being sold as vegan. I discovered this by accidentally breaking the tip of the tail thinking it was bendable. Also my animals are very interested in it. It also makes me nervous about the quality of the plug itself. It is stated as body safe, but who knows when they are selling animals tails under the radar.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/04) */ We would disagree with the customer's complaint about getting a real tail as we do not sell any real fur or tails in our store. All fur or tail items we have are synthetics. The customer has not reached us about this concern, so we can be able to address and verify the package or shipping label and a photo of the actual item she received. We never fail to compensate customers if they received any device that past from our quality measures.

      Ordered a product from the website on December 22, was delivered in a most timely fashion by December 27 but it was not the product I had ordered. Tried to contact via email for them to address the issue and have yet to have any reply.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/04) */ The Customer emailed about his concern on December 28 and made a follow-up email on December 29. We replied to customer's email on January 3. Please know that due to holidays we currently have a very high email volume, so our responses take longer than usual to answer all email. Also, emails were replied to on a first-come, first-serve basis. But we are very willing to compensate and assist the customer accordingly.
