      Horrible company. My insurance company sent them out. *** stated my control panel went bad in my dishwasher and I had to pay $245.25. Before he could order the part. I paid this amount on October 23rd. He advised he would call in 10 days to setup the appointment but never did. I had to call them. At this time *** stated he would come to my home on 11/9. On 11/9. After two hours *** stated there is also something wrong in the front and back but couldnt tell me what was wrong. He said he would issue my refund in **** days. Its now November 27th and I have yet to receive my refund nor a response from this company.

      They were listed as a repair service for my Wine cellar. I called then on October 9 and a technician was sent the next day. He diagnosed the problem as a leak in my condenser. He went to his vehicle to get the tools and coolant to fix the problem. However, when he returned, hi said the valve was bent and he would return the next day. I paid $75 for the service call. The next day I texted the technician to see when he would arrive. Told me sometime after 2:00 pm. He never showed! I asked when he would return with no response. I called the main number and never received a return call. Then 10 days later, after several attempts to contact them, the tech called and said he had been out sick and would schedule me the next day. The next day came and he said he had made a mistake in scheduling, would I be available the following day. Of course I would and waited. Still a no show! I attempted to text and call with no return call. I then decided to use my other phone and he answered the call, said he would be there first thing in the morning! I have not heard anything from them. I am so frustrated that they would treat people this way. My wine cellar is still not cooling adequately, but the manufacturer said it will replace the unit with a brand new one for $1000.00 since the unit did not meet the guaranteed life expectancy.

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Starting on Nov 12, 2022, they were assigned by my insurance company to work on my icemaker. After 2 missed appointments ***** Staggers come and decided I needed a new icemaker and a control board. He returned and installed both parts. My insurance paid for the control and I paid $75 service fee and $217.17 for the icemarker and labor. ***** was really nice said to give the icemarker 24 hour to actually make ice. He gave us his phone # and said to call or text if there was any problem. Unfortunately it didn't work and I notified *****. He returned and replaced a valve and a new control board. It still didn't work. I contacted ***** again and he decided that the gaskets weren't sealing of the refrigerator air from the icemaker cause it not to get cool enough to freeze. ***** was going to expedite the gaskets and come back the next day that was Dec 16. ***** never returned. I texted Dec 19, Dec 22, Jan 2. No reply. Between talking to ***** and his manager, thay had set 3 appointments to install these gasket. No one ever showed up. After the last no show, the manager called my insurance company and told them that these gaskets were no longer available therefore they can't fix my icemaker. Geappliances.com carries this part. After 15 or 20 phone calls and dozens of texts, I am out $292 and no working icemaker. Not once was I called when they couldn't keep an appointment nor was there any mention of not having this part!! Even if you can't help me, you at least gave me a place to vent.

      If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I rent and my landlord has been trying to get these people out here to service a refrigerator for a few weeks. He finally shared their info with me directly. I called last week, Thursday. The gentleman I spoke with was really nice and said someone would get back to me by the end of the day and I would be taken care of. On Friday, there was no call back and no one had been over to service the appliance. They are not open on the weekend. I called this morning (Monday), got the vmail and left another message. Still nothing. At 4 today, I called again and a man answered, asked me to hold on and mysteriously, the call dropped. I attempted to call back 5 times and each time I got the voicemail. Customer Service is clearly horrible and the voicemail promises that someone will call you back. This is a blatant lie as no one has called me back in three days.
