    ZERO STARS, UNPROFESSIONAL.This body shop fixed my car. Forgot to put some parts back on the the grill of my car. Told ******* and ***** on June 13 that I will want all my parts back. Comes July 7th Told them I want my bumper back. Its now July 10 and they told me they threw away my parts. So MY BUMPER THAT I BEEN ASKING FOR IS NOW thrown AWAY. Then ***** told me that theres fine print in the paper work that states if I want my parts back I would have to check the box off. Well I NEVER WAS MADE TO SIGN ANYTHING. They dont have any paper work with MY SIGNATURE ON IT. I was never sent anything just the bill of the body shops. And when I told that to ***** HE STARTED TO THREATENED MY JOB! Telling me that he will call the owner of my job and tell him that I was acting out, yet all I was asking for was my bumper back, because supposedly he knows the owner of my work place I guess he thinks he can THREATEN me like that? Thats extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately it was the only body shop available at the moment for my car. I would have waited more and took my car to an Audi certified repair shop. The worst experience I have ever experienced at a body shop From the beginning to the end. Theres other very good body shops around the area. Do your self a favor and stay away from these guys. At first the bill was 6k but when they get your car they will say that other things need fixing so it came out being 18k They will try to talk to you in circles hoping that you wouldnt understand. But I understood everything. I thought this body shop would be amazing by the reviews. But Ill never go back there again. Extremely angry and the audacity that ***** and ******* had to tell me that I never told them with a straight face is mind bending. Dont bring your car here unless its your only option

    We never said anything of things sir. *** surprised us with wanting your old parts the day you picked up your car. Which we gave you the headlights that your insurance company paid for. Unfortunately your other parts had been thrown out. In all cases customers will let us know in the beginning if they are requesting their old parts back. It certainly wasnt done intentionally. We go over and beyond to perform factory OEM repairs and take pride in our work and services. *** stated you sent a text requesting old parts and unfortunately it was sent to a non monitored system for customers. If we would have known, I personally would have set all your items aside for you to pick up. I apologize for not doing so, but I honestly didnt know. The only reason I brought up your employers name was because of the language and swearing you were doing in my lobby in front of women and staff members. I would never threaten anyone especially a customer. Im grateful for everyone that chooses Xtreme for collision services. I was very satisfied with the care and final results of ************ performed by our staff members. If we left something off your vehicle after repairs, this is the first Im hearing of it. Please let me know what that is. We stand behind everything we do and offer lifetime warranty to all of our customers. In closing, ** still in disbelief that you acted the way you did over a damaged bumper that was thrown away. The review you left is not fair for the level of craftsmanship you received.
