              Rating evaluation in relevance to SBA Lending. My team has worked with a specific loan officer for over 5 years with several successes at their prior SBA Lending Institutions. This person moved to Dogwood Bank, and the bank practices have been nothing but trouble for our deals. It starts great, but in due diligence, you can expect last-minute requests, slower review times, and disclosing a sensitive topic to the employees and locals due to a lack of discretion. Unbelievable. As an M&A firm closing several deals every month, we will never work with this firm again.
