**** was racist and unprofessional. **** was rude and patronizing towards me. She brought me and my date drinks with no napkins and then when I tried to get her attention, she snapped at me saying “I’ll Be Right There!” **** is manipulative and plays mind games when we attempted to leave and pay for the tab, we went to the front counter to avoid dealing with ****. When **** come to the front counter, she brings me the receipt and stopped short to make me walk towards her, again more manipulative mind games. I don’t know if she’s miserable with life but the only thing I could think of that would bother her is the color of my skin and my date being a different color. **** should not work in the service industry if she has a problem serving others, this happened around 930PM on Friday 2/3/23z I dont know why **** would Act like this especially since I tipped her $10 initially before even being serviced, which was my mistake. I would like to be contacted by management.Business response

**** has worked for us for 16 years and no one has ever accused her of being racist. Most people (of all colors) love her and the service she provides. If she were racist in any way she (or anyone else working for us) would be terminated. Throwing around an accusation like that is defamatory and inflammatory and completely without justification. In 20 years I’ve never seen anyone leave the bar to go to a takeout person to pay their tab at the bar. Not only doesn’t it happen, it can’t happen. It is not that kind of place. She is responsible for her tabs so if you were headed to the front door I can understand why she would have been completely frustrated. All over a couple bev naps. At that point in the night she and her co-worker were taking care of the 40 people at the bar as well as service to the 20 tables in the restaurant. I’m sorry that her level of service didn’t rise to your expectations.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The business is justifying their bartender’s bad service, racist and hater behavior. Friday nights at bars are usually busy, if **** cant handle the amount of customers at the bar then the business needs to hire more bartenders, that’s not my problem. I stand by my 1 star google review and I stand by my words of **** being a racist pos. She was jealous of me and my white sugar mama. Why else would you provide poor service to someone who tips you ahead of service. Not providing napkins with a beverage is a rookie mistake that someone who’s been in the business for 16 years should know. I did not start a tab with a card, i was paying cash, therefore i should have been cashed out immediately. Had i have been cashed out immediately, like i should have, i couldve just left without having to deal with **** and her hater energy, I was trying to pay and leave. Im the customer, if i was unhappy with the service of 1 of your workers and wanted to pay my tab with someone else and leave, then that is my business and right to do so. This is how Lynnwood bar & grill welcomes people for the 1st time from out of town.
I do not accept the businesses response and do not advise anyone to go here, they dont even have pool tables lol.
