Detials attached, the agreement of *********. Then a week before the cabinets were to be delivered I received this email asking for additional cost 1650. I only 15 cabinets to demo, and purshased 18 cabinets. the company is trying to charge me for 25 new cabinets and to demo 24 cabinets. This was not what we agreed too, we have a contract and Cabinets to go void their end of the contract agreement.

Purchased new kitchen cabinets and countertops. My order was screwed up from the beginning. Found out I couldnt get the type of countertop I originally wanted. So we went with a cheaper option. Item arrived and installation began a week later. Upon installation the installers realized the spice rack was too large. One Wall cabinet was too large for the original location that the designer had ordered. Now my kitchen island countertops isnt what we picked out in the beginning. Now Cabinet To Go are asking me to pay more money for new items before I can get a refund for the items I purchased in the beginning. Im still waiting on one refund for a second item. Called the designer and asked her why am I expected to pay more money for items they screwed up on. Spoke with the Manager and he stated that is how the business operates I am disappointed with this business and wish I had chosen a different business My kitchen has been disassembled going into 3 weeks now and if I order and pay for the last countertop it will be **** days before installation can resume I have never experienced a situation like this before and the amount of money Ive spent is distasteful

We purchased two (2) vanity cabinets (VDC18ABL) as part of a larger order to re-due our bathroom back in July of 2022 from Cabinets To Go. We were told the cabinets would come in mid-September 2022. The cabinets did not arrive until January of 2023 at which point, we promptly picked them up. Upon assembling the two cabinets in question, it was apparent the incorrect drawer slides we sent with the cabinets as they were two inches to long. I immediately called their customer service and reported the problem on January 7th, 2023 at which time they said they would send the six (6) correct size drawer slides to the store for me to pickup. We have continually called the store and the service department and asked to provide the slides so we can assemble the cabinets with the only response being "they are backordered". I have requested a refund for the cabinets as we still have not received a usable cabinet despite every effort to come to a resolution with Cabinets to Go. They have not provided me a refund nor have they provided me the product we paid for in July of 2023 that should have been delivered in September of 2022.

We bought cabinets and quartz counters from cabinets to go over $9000.00 for a home we are selling. The cabinets were delayed for weeks and then the wrong color counters were installed. I got a hold of **** he admitted the wrong counters were installed. He told me he would look into it for weeks, so I called every week he then came out to the home and video and took pictures. again nothing came of it, he then told me his company was not taking this matter serious, then tells me to call the headquarters again they had no idea about this never sent the video nor the pictures. I have been told to call the fabricators, and now again to call the middle man, when I call its just a blame game. All the plumbing has been installed and the home is up for sale. I feel I bought the stone from cabinets to go and I should be refunded. I have the emails and phone dates

We purchased cabinets with installation from cabinets to go. Cabinets to go said company they sent to do measurements should have told me about outlets needing to be moved etc. Company that did measurements said cabinets to go should have told me this information. I showed the measurement guy diagram of new kitchen layout and he told me there was nothing needing to be done for installation. Day of installation I get a call from installation company about outlets needing to be moved etc. We get through this. After installation is complete I notice shoe moulding was not put on. I have emailed the ******* office and gotten no response. I need installation to be complete which includes shoe moulding.

*********** They started out with a five star review from me. They (****) do have they awesome sense of personality to get you signed up. Once you sign the contract they treat you with little to no consideration. When I signed my contract everyone knew that my cabinets were to go to the ceiling. I had that conversation with **** several times. It was intentionally left out to stay closer to my budget. Costing me a whopping $700 more. Then when I've waited two weeks and the installers arrive at my house they give you the big OOPS we forgot to add X Y & Z. **** says he talked to his boss and his boss pretty much said the hell with me. I had reservations about coming to this store because of their horrific reviews. Reviews are there for a reason. Don't be me; listen to us and stay away from this store. Don't believe them when they say you're going to have a one day install either. As soon as the installer arrived I inquired about it and he giggled. Said it would be two days.

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/04/19) */ customer didnt want to purchase extra material to get cabinets to the ceiling. After changing the design 10 times to get project to the customers price point. customer needed a few extra pieces to make the cabinets touch the ceiling. Customer stated he isn't paying for anything extra as he has already spent enough money with us. I informed the customer that sometimes extra items are needed depending on the kitchen. He paid for the items and stated he was going to complain until he got his money back Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/04/19) */ What they failed to mention is I requested the cabinets to the ceiling when I signed my contract. The incompetent sales rep failed to add it to the order after repeatedly asking if he got everything right. Delivery day they stick me with over a $700 bill to get the work that was already in my agreement. This is just pure lack of incompetence and customer service. He knew I had a budget, and to stay within it he lied and said he got everything just to get me to sign the contract.

I am sending you the message asking for your help. There is a lot to this message so, I am going to try my best to explain this without making this message long. My husband and I have just recently move to the ************** and we purchased our home in *********. We purchased cabinets and flooring from Cabinets to Go of ******* in September 2021. We paid $10,000.00 of this purchase and the remaining balance of $7,200.00 was financed by ***********. The work was contracted out by this company, and we paid more money to have someone come out to handle the measurement for the flooring. After several delays the flooring arrived, and the work was finally scheduled for the week after Thanksgiving. The work was started with many delays however we didn't have enough flooring and after many calls to Cabinet to Go over this mistake more flooring was sent. The work was not started again until after the Christmas Holiday only to again run out of flooring. The contractor informed us that he would handle getting the additional flooring and the work would be completed. There were many problems with the installation including the stair treads that were laid down and not secured causing my 74-year-old husband to slip on the stairs almost falling down them. I have reached out to ***********, Cabinets to Go and the contractor asking and pleading from them to complete the work. We reached out to the contactor this Monday asking for the status of the work and the contractor has again not returned our call after stating that he would. I feel that an adjustment should be made for the contractor cost.

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/04/19) */ customer had trouble with molding for flooring. we installed flooring in a desired space. stair treads were also installed. Customer had a problem with them being secured. My installer paid out of pocket to install shoe molding to secure stair nose. Customer said they expected new molding through the entire home even though they purchased flooring for only part of the home. after my installer went back too secure the stair nose and adjust shoe mold the customer signed off on a satisfaction form and told the contractor that he was done Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/04/19) */ The comments made by the contractor are not true. We did not inspect the stairs and when my husband nearly fell down the stairs it was then noticed that they were not secured. We spoke to the contractor about this and he ensured us it were be handled. After several weeks of delays and cancellations by the installers. The company Cabinets to Go was contacted again and asked to send another reliable contractor to complete the work. I asked them not to contact the previous contractor again because they didn't hold to their scheduled appointments . ****** call us again after we informed Cabinets to Go not to asking to schedule another appointment an few weeks out and he was then informed by me and my husband not to return to our home. As for this contractor paying out of pocket for molding it never happened. After many delays and consistent calls by myself and my husband we are exhausted and no longer wanted to work with this contractor.

Cabinets to Go installed floors at my home in August, 2019. My experience at the store was wonderful; however, I soon noticed damage on my new floors that we did not create. I reached out to CTG Customer Care on April 1, 2021. We were assigned #*********. A 3rd party was sent out to our home to look at the needed floor repairs . The findings were: - No manufacturing issues noted. - No site related issues noted. - Installation Issues: The floor was found to have deflection in the landing where damage to planks has occurred. The adjoining planks had downward movement when pressure was applied. The vent in the bedroom was covered over during the inspection. The last plank at the stair nose going down is broken at the end of the subfloor. There is a void between the end of the subfloor and the stair nose that should have been addressed prior to installation. I was told this would be fixed and taken care of. No one from CTG will call me back or take care of the issue.

Consumer Response /* (2000, 14, 2021/11/09) */ Cabinets to Go Corporate has contacted me and agreed, in writing, to replace the floors. This has not been completed yet, but if it is, it will satisfactorily resolve the issue for me.

I spent about a week with a designer at Cabinets to Go. He was very polite. We finally had everything all figured out. He sent me the bid around 4:00pm on August 31st. I looked over it with my husband that night. I called the next day to tell my designer that we approved the design and I was ready to pay for it and make the order. I was then told that the bid I was just given less than 24 hours before was now expired. The price had then increased $3,500 more because it was the first day of a new month. I was also told that three of the cabinets he included in my design were out of stock and that I would have to take them out of the design completely because they would not allow me to pay for it and wait on it to get in stock. All of this happens after he told me I could get these cabinets in a week-and we had already got rid of our old cabinets. Now our Kitchen is empty and we can't buy any cabinets.
