Im waiting on refrigerated medication from the pharmacy that was ordered nearly 2 weeks ago, and they forgot to confirm my address and sent it to the wrong apartment. They acted like they could contact *** to get everything fixed, no problem. *** left a note on my door that said it required a signature when I was told that it would not. When I called Puramint, they told me that *** would suddenly not deliver to apartments, period. Keep in mind that they delivered it fine, without signature a couple of months agoand also tried to deliver today. Then they offered to send it to another pharmacy, but they didnt specify the address and almost sent me to the wrong place because we have two pharmacies that go by that name. Now its looking like I wont even get the medication until Monday which is several days late after already waiting a couple weeks. They didnt really seem to care about their miscommunication. Further, I talked to the main pharmacist, **** today, and he insisted that this medication was being delivered to Academy Sports on ******************. I showed up there after I had a delivery notification, and Academy acted as if I was crazy. I left to return to work, ready to call *** to file a claim on a stolen package, and of course after 45 minutes on the phone, the representative requested I make a *** tracking account to see more details, and this medication is being reported to *******'s craft and hobby store. I have never seen so much disorganization with something that is not only important and fragile (has to be kept cold), but it was $400! As a company, they still feel the went "above and beyond" but I personally feel that they dropped the ball, failed to communicate, and continued to miscommunicate numerous times. I hope I am able to finally pick up the medication I have chased all over the city. Also, I bought a bottle of their lipotropic injections, and I am used to taking B12 shots, but these cause itchy whelps at the site.
