Company was hired and a contract was signed to perform storm damage on our home. Damage to home included, roof, siding, fascia, gutters, garage doors and windows. Storm occurred late September 2023. Roof was replaced in December 2023 with little to no complaints other than they put a satellite dish up that we had put in our contract to not have put back on the roof. Also in December they removed our gutters and replaced the fascia and drip edge. We were immediately not okay with the work and started a complaint with them. Quality of work is questionable for what they are charging back to us/our insurance as custom fascia and drip edge. Nothing lays flat against the house and you can see where they penciled their cuts and then cut further down the edge causing lots of overlapping and overhang. We have not had gutters on our house since December and are starting to incur a lot of damage to ground around the foundation due to excess water being where it shouldn't be. Also starting to get water into our basement and causing excess use of our sump pump. Company will not answer emails or get back in contact with us. We have been trying to obtain a final bill so we can walk away from contract, but they are not even supplying us with that. Would really like to be able to fix my house and get my life back.
