I paid for a product /service that I did not want due to numerous misleading advertisements on the website. When I asked EJT to rectify the situation, they made excuses suggesting that I keep the product ( In-person Conference tickets)due to their no-refund policy, which I was unaware of at the time of the purchase.After sending emails documenting my concern to company support, the *** contacted me but did not offer a reasonable solution. She expected me to accept the loss and suggested that I give the extra ticket to someone without regard that I was unhappy about how I spent my money with her company. EJT missed the fact that a happy client base grows your business. Although I enrolled in a consulting membership with EJT, I am no longer interested in participating due to their unscrupulous practices and misleading advertisements, which led to purchasing a product I don't need or want in duplicate. As the enrollment into the membership offered the conference tickets already, I did not need a second set of conference tickets. I paid ($2,000) for the in-person conference tickets and ($2,000) toward the course enrollment. Therefore, my initial investment with EJT was ($4,000) when I was only prepared to pay ($2,000) as my initial investment. Now they are in my bank account, attempting to force me to continue to pay them for the course, and I am no longer interested. I am not interested in doing any further business with EJT consulting. They have proven to believe in unethical practices. For all the reasons stated above, I want a complete refund of all charges and no further affiliation with EJT because I believe their business practices are fraudulent. I believe every client should be able to cancel the agreement if they are unhappy with the product or service. From now on, I will have an attorney review any agreement before I sign it. However, if I have to bring legal action against EJT, I will not hesitate to do it if this matter is unresolved.
