      First ,I would like to say this as been torture .I made my first appointment back in June 2021 to see dr ***** . I showed him all the bumps on my skin that he barely even looked at .He prescribes me antibiotics and some cream in which neither helped me .I told him that I thought I had scabies but he doesn't even test me for it .I was given another appointment to be back in November ,I'm still itching all over and still tell him I believe I gave scabies,he disagrees once again but this time does a biopsy on 1 little spot on my skin .He didn't pick the spot ,he had me pick the spot which I feel very unprofessional as he is the doctor and he should be picking the best spot to take skin forthe biopsi..He once again prescribes me antibiotics .I had already went to 2 different doctors before I made the appointment with specialist vital in which both of those doctors didn't help me other and had also prescribed antibiotics so at this point I had been on antibiotics for several months and have not showed any sign of improvement .Fast forward to today in which I had an appointment in which I was unable to make because I had been up all night itching and scratching.I call the receptionist to reschedule in which I get put on hold several times so the 4th time I call and the same girl answered I got very argumentative on the phone .The girl I talked to was very unprofessional and unwilling to attempt to find my lab results from my biopsi nor reschedule my appointment .At this point I feel very uncomfortable going back there and will be filing a malpractice lawsuit .If they have not put my lab result online and won't let me know on the phone what the results say then it seems like maybe they never even sent them off to a lab thinking I'm stupid and won't ask questions
