              Dropped off two blankets on 7/13. When we went to pick up in August, only one was available-they misplaced our blue gravity blanked. My wife has gone up there only to be told that I ahd to be the one to make the request. I've had 3 different conversations with supervisors/managers who were going to look for it and return my call. They state the mixup might be due to them shipping several items in July to their ********** store. I haven't been called back once and now they dont' even answer the phone.This was a $45 blanket and we paid them $10. We'd like to be recompensed for the price of the blanket and ther service fee for a total of $55.

              Took a new blouse in for cleaning (had only been worn once). It was returned with holes in the underarm area and along the side seams. Material was frayed. When I asked for compensation, I was told that I would be reimbursed 10x the cost of the cleaning. Approximately $40. I was given the owner's email and asked to send details of the damage along with pictures, which I did. I have emailed a total of 5 times over 2 months and the owner has NEVER responded to any of my emails. I have tried calling several times and each time I am assured that the owner will return my calls but he does not. Avoid this business as they are not reputable and their services are not professional.
