      Dropped off two blankets on 7/13. When we went to pick up in August, only one was available-they misplaced our blue gravity blanked. My wife has gone up there only to be told that I ahd to be the one to make the request. I've had 3 different conversations with supervisors/managers who were going to look for it and return my call. They state the mixup might be due to them shipping several items in July to their ********** store. I haven't been called back once and now they dont' even answer the phone.This was a $45 blanket and we paid them $10. We'd like to be recompensed for the price of the blanket and ther service fee for a total of $55.

      I took my white express suit set to get cleaned for my niece baby dedication. I bought it awhile back but never worned it, when it got time to wear I got it tailored to fit me better and took it to this place to get cleaned. It came time to pick up, quickly realized the blazer was messed up changed colors. I gave them this suit set since February and this is September. I met the owner one time and spoke to him a few times on the phone. He agreed to reimburse me but every time I go there still no reimbursement. He then changed the story stating the receipt I gave was old every time its different reasons . I never denied I bought it 2 years ago I just never worned it it was all white and I was waiting for a special occasion unfortunately that got ruined. Very bad guy and business

      I contacted the owner directly via email. He has ignored my request for assistance. So I'm filing with the BBB. I'm a long time customer dating back to ****. Recently I took a wedding suit and gown to the cleaners. I was told it would be ready thursday and I stopped by Saturday and it was not ready. The young lady that helped me threw my suit on the floor when I asked her to clean the lint off the suit. I now have black marking on the suit and I'm unable to determine if they came from the floor or cleaning process. I explained this in detail to ******, the owner via email and he has failed to respond.I'm requesting a full refund.

      1/3/23 - 4 pairs of jeans were given to dry cleaners for cleaning and starch. I received 4 pairs of jeans back from the dry cleaners however one pair did not belong to me. I had removed the tag not realizing they were not my pants, they were for a person much smaller than me, and they were Wrangler jeans, my jeans were ****** that I had dropped off. The yellow tag had someone else name on it (see little attachment). My wife took the pants back to the cleaners on 2/20 and the associated that worked there (******) snatched the pants and wanted to keep the tag but my wife refused to leave the tag. This situation became a yelling match, my wife called 911, the ********** police came to the scene and told the cashier my wife did not have to leave the tag if she was keeping the pants, this was our only proof that we were given the wrong pants. Since that time, we have talked several times to owner /manager by phone inside the cleaners, they will not give us his contact info. We have given them ample time to locate the pair jeans or refund the cost of the **** jeans and the dry-cleaning charge. Last Friday 3/10 the manager told us to meet him at the dry cleaner between 6-6:30pm, he was a no show. We would like for this to be handle by BBB due to us being given the run around and lied too.

      Took my 400 dollar king size comforter in mid December and ask that it be dry cleaned. My husband picked it up on the following Saturday. I did not take it out of the oackage until Christmas eve day because I wanted it to look beautiful pm Christmas. I saw right away that it had been washed. The cotton inside was bunched up and it was very wrinkled. I then saw where it was torn on at least 6 places in the seams. I sould not use it. I put it in mhy car but did not get it back to them for a few days. When I walked in the young lady at desk was very nice and said the manager was not there but she got her on the phone. I could hear what she was saying. I heard her say well she could have washed it her self and caused it. I took the phone ad she said we are not going to do anything because you should have come back sooner and how do I know you didn;t do this. If I was going to wash it I would not have brought it to them . I asked for her name and she would not give it to me bujt I overheard it. Her name is *****. I told her if they had dry cleaned it it would not look like that and she said it was bad construction. She had not even seen it. These people need to be out of business. I a not the only one this has happened to after I look at the reviews I would never ever use them. l hope no one else uses them and let them destroy their property.

      Best Price Cleaners in Knightdale, NC lost my shirt that cost $99. They said they would provide a check that was not to exceed 10 time the amount charged to clean the shirt. So in the realm of $30-$40. They have not responded to my last three emails asking for updates and this has gone on for 14 days.

      The Brier Creek location cleaners damaged my formal dress and refused to rectify the damages. The staff was very unprofessional and useless. Whenever I tried to speak to the manager in person, I was told by the staff that he was not there and would contact me. The manager would avoid my calls and never contact me back. This was the second time this cleaners damaged my items (first time a pants suit). I let the first time slide and gave this cleaners another opportunity. I've learned you get what you pay for. This cleaners is the absolute worse.

      We are extremely sorry that our customer encountered such incident , unfortunately some things are not in our control when it comes to dry cleaning ***************** brought a dress to our establishment. Dress was full of beads  and the sequins were all glued to the fabric . Our employee warned ****** about possibility of damage to the beads and sequins and ****** signed the waiver . When customer sign the waiver that means customer is fully aware of the possible damage and by signing customer release us from liability . We have customers signed copy of the release form. We would never process the garment if she didnt sign the release specially when the beads are glued instead of sown . 
      Her issue was handled very nicely and professionally but unfortunately she didnt respect and accept the release form that she signed . 
      We suggested she should take the dress back where she bought it from and they should be able to reimburse  or exchange  because it is clearly quality issue and manufactures or retailer should be responsible for the damage . How ever we did our job and based on our experience we warned her of the possibility of damage before she even drop off the order but she still decided to send it for dry cleaning . 
      She also went online and wrote bad reviews about our business which is totally unfair and false . I hope she realize that she signed the release form and take the bad review down .

      I am rejecting this response because: Before I left my formal designer dress at this cleaner, I specifically asked the front desk clerk if the cleaners were able to clean the dress and she assured me they could. She never once said anything about the material and button/embellishments of the dress or to sign a waiver so that they will not be held responsible for damages. If she would have stated this like the owner mentioned, I would not have left my dress at this cleaner and would have taken it to the cleaner that I have used in the past to clean it. I decided to take it to Best Price Cleaners since the location is closer to my home (big mistake). I also am puzzled to why this cleaner would accept my dress to clean if the material was so called "cheap". The staff was very unprofessional, and the manager kept avoiding my calls or visits to discuss this matter. I have learned a valuable ****** with this business, do not take your formal clothing to a cheap cleaners and check the reviews of the business before you use their services.

      With all due respect I keep reminding you that you signed the waiver and we have your signature on the waiver . So how would you sign the waiver if you were not warned about the possibility of falling glued beads . 
      It is not true that we ignored your calls we always talked to you and answered your phone calls but you never accepted the fact that you signed the release form . Our staff are very professional and respectful please stop accusing them it is not their fault if you dont respect your own signed documents but they did their job with responsibility and honesty . 
      I will strongly suggest to read the policy and condition of the business next time before you use the service once Again I am suggesting to take your dress who ever sold it to you we just followed their cleaning instructions For your kind information our ****** loyal and repeating customers dont agree with what you say about our business thats Why they keep coming and keep us in business

      I was missing some items I brought to your Best Price Cleaners on May 2, 2022. When I picked up my items on May 9th the clerk brought me my clothing that was not in plastic and asked me to verify which items were mine. There was a pair a black jeans that were not mine and a blouse that was mine. The clerk said that the tags had somehow come off the items. The clerk then put plastic on them and I left. On May 10th i noticed I was missing my work shirt( Navy blue polo with logo DCO) and a pair of black ****** Jeans size 22. I then called the cleaners and spoke with someone and they said they would search for the items. I just received a call back and the shirt was found but my jeans were not found and was told to email the owner. I emailed the owner on May 13 to explain the situation. I did not receive response so I began going to the cleaners and calling requesting to speak with owner. I then received a email o. May 24th from the owner stating they would resolved my issue. I then received a call from the clerk (*****) at the cleaners offering me 39.00 to replace jeans. I explained to her that I could not replace the jeans for that price. The clerk then said if I submit receipt for the jeans to the owner I would receive a check. I submitted the receipt to ***** on May 24th. I have not heard anything else. I have been calling and emailing the owner no response.

      To whom it may concern 

      miss ***** brought her clothes for dry cleaning and unfortunately one of her garment was misplaced . We have store policy in place saying that for any list item we can pay up to 10 times of what customer paid for cleaning the garment . This is not only our policy but it is a standard policy for dry cleaning industry which we adopted Miss ***** was offered reimbursement according to the store policy but she refused to accept it . Instead she put her own price on the garment . In stead of respecting the business rules and policy miss ***** followed a very rude and unacceptable source to get what she was asking for she would come to our store stay in the front of the store and scare our customers just because she didn’t want to accept or respect our store policy . We have a very big policy and condition sign in the store and we request our customers to read it before they drop off the clothes . When they stop off it means they agree with our policy . Miss ***** did a very big damage to our business by defaming our business in social media and physically standing in our store and scaring people but finally she agreed to accept the reimbursement amount and check was mailed to her yesterday

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I did not scare people from the business. I did explain the policy of 10 times the price for reimbursement.  I explained that the owner would not return  calls or respond to email.  The clerks in the store could not do anything when your clothes  are lost.  I will not believe they sent a check until I see it in my hand.  The owner is not trust worthy. If customers spend a lot of money for their clothes and trust that the cleaners to return them and not showing  any empathy or a return call or email is not good business.

      Originally took items to Best to be cleaned on 5/5/21 #******. 6 items in total. Picked up 4 pieces of the clothing but left 2 linen blouses that were damaged or stained. Went back to pick these two shirts up but only one was available. That was the blouse that was stained. The other blouse not ready was the blouse that the cleaner had ironed the tag on the blouse permanently damaging. I was told to come back in a few days to see if they could repair/replace it. I now have a ticket #****** for the remaining blouse. The counter lady told me that I would be reimbursed S30 for the damaged blouse. I left with her, as per her request, my information i.e, address telephone number. She advised me that the owner was out of town and would be back the next week and I could come down to pick up check. In the meantime have sent an email, husband went to pick up and the last time the lady at the counter said we would hear from them. This has been ongoing since 5/5/21.
