Took a new blouse in for cleaning (had only been worn once). It was returned with holes in the underarm area and along the side seams. Material was frayed. When I asked for compensation, I was told that I would be reimbursed 10x the cost of the cleaning. Approximately $40. I was given the owner's email and asked to send details of the damage along with pictures, which I did. I have emailed a total of 5 times over 2 months and the owner has NEVER responded to any of my emails. I have tried calling several times and each time I am assured that the owner will return my calls but he does not. Avoid this business as they are not reputable and their services are not professional.Review from Bal A.

Best Price Cleaners has lost my shirt. Gave 8 shirts in April, returned only 7 with saying will find your shirt, I talked to girl, she will talk to mgr. I call back since no one called us. Went personally 3-4 times every times, we will check with owner even kept the original receipt saying will help us in locating the shirt. Sent an e-mail to owner will not respond, Even stopped picking phone,To my surprise last time girl says,nothing is due in our computer,We gave you all the shirts. This is a fraud and girls running the business are manner less I will never use this business and advised others to avoid it *** *******Review from Peg H.

This is the second time Best Price Cleaners has lost my husband shirts. First they tell us, the shirts are not ready, we go in again, the shirts are lost. I talked to girl, she will talk to mgr. No one calls us. My husband goes in, Mgr. Says, give us 2 weeks. I call back since no one we called us. The Shirt is gone. They again tell us that a token amount will be given for this dress shirt. I have even returned shirts that were not ours. I asked for my $ knowing I will NEVER use this business again. I am told I have to wait for refund & personally pick it up. They made all the mistakes & I do all the follow up. I will warn our HOA about this business.
