As many have we ordered product from this company and they take the money and ignore you after that. I was told my product shipped and it has not, there is no tracking information and they dont respond. They use a horrible 3rd party when you call. The company will take your money, not send the product and you cant talk to them. I want my money refunded.Initial Complaint

I purchased a free standing air conditioner on line. The item was received but does not work. I have called the company multiple times and have a thread of numerous emails where they request photos and videos (which I have provided), but are not responding about providing a return shipping label or refunding me.Initial Complaint

I ordered a phone screen repair kit. The kit I received, states in the instructions that is was for Auto Windshield only. I called and was told I would get a call back in 24 hours but did not receive any call. I called again today and again did not get communication as top when I would get what I ordered or my money back.Initial Complaint

I purchased Two Strobe Christmas lights, they were to be just colors of lights to shine on the house, when I received the lights, they were of season characters, snowmen ect not at all what I ordered. within 5 days of receiving them I emailed the company, copy attached, and received an automatic reply they would look into it and would get back to me. Not hearing from them I followed up again on 2/24 and received another automatic reply, still not hearing from them I called and sent a follow up email 3/2 and received reply 3/24 they cant help as there is a 30 day warranty. I sent emails supporting my original email, after several emails back and forth they now say they sent me an email on 12/5, I never receieved an email on 12/5 and why after 6 emails do they now say and email was sent 12/5 and cant prove same. Still the fact remains, I complied asking for replacement w/in 5 days and they are failing to stand behind their product and service.
