I was supposed to start employment in June or July but was pushed back to Oct and I spoke to lexi and sarahin HR about not having access to my paystubs and got little to no assistance. Due to the lack of communication if paystub I lost my housing and amount other things like snap benefits because I was not able to get in contact with the company to respond on why I was given a separation email or letter and copies of all of my paystubs. As of 4/21/2025 it's shows I'm still employment which is inaccurate information. My daughter and i are homeless because if this.Business Response

Thank you for reaching out to us! Our records show that we responded to you on 11/7/2024 at 8:55 a.m. asking what paystubs you needed access to and provided all of them at 11:09 a.m. on the same day, including instructions for accessing them in case they were encrypted.
We also saw that you reached out today regarding your employment status, and our records show that we sent you the separation notice at 12:26 p.m. on 10/29/24 (and again this morning). That is the documentation required for you to then file for unemployment with the State of ********

I have been harassed by Spectraforce DAILY by at least 3, sometimes 8 different phone numbers. I have asked them to remove my information from their database, but they also have scam job listings on job boards and get contact information to harass people from their resumes on said job boards. It's absolutely ridiculous and obvious that they are a phishing scam.Business Response

This company needs to be looked into. I could not get ahold of anyone onshore to make a complaint about them. They appear to be a scam. They had me take time away from my work day, apparently meet with one of their recruiters. I met with her, and then they had me do another meeting on Teams where I was recorded. I was given then some bogus test, that was broken and I called them back telling them their assessment was broken. Then this apparent recruit person got on the phone and said dont worry about it, we arent sending you along for the position. When I asked for the job I was interviewing for the ** number for the client they wouldnt release it to me. After I recorded myself on their company platform. I tried to call the company back to talk to someone there at the office, and all I could get was a team lead who tallked over me. I then asked if she was in the ** again. She said no I am in *****. Sprectrasource, needs looked into, they said they been in business for years. I dont know you all need to look into this company. Its all a little unique to say the least.Business Response

Spectraforce representative contacted me regarding a position with *****. She stated she was recording the call. I asked why. ***************** was her excuse. There is no reason for a recruitment company to do quality assurance on legitimate recruitment calls. ******* proceeded ask closed ended questions requiring YES answers. I told her to just state the details of the position but kept trying to get me to answer YES on the recorded call. While she was attempting to phish or scam I in turn was researching the company. When I stated that I am not going to allow you to record me saying YES over and over to use in a scam against me or whatever ill intent you have especially seeing all the complaints your company has with the BBB she quickly cut the recoding and hung up. I like others that have filed complaints have received multiple calls daily from these people. Its the only company I have ever encountered that ONLY HIRES INDIANS with thick accents. I have asked them to remove me from their list several times to no avail. The is harassment. This company calls for employment one day a Healthcare scam the next. I have blocked and just like a infestation of bugs they keep coming back. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FILING ADDITIONAL COMPLAINTS WITH THE *** AND FCC. Over the past few months, Several recruiters who claim to be from this company continually contact me via text, calls, and email multiple times a day about jobs that are not connected with them. I would like for them to remove any information about me from their database. They claim to have found my resume on Monster, yet I never applied for any jobs through this company. Recruiters asks for personal info like SSN, date of birth, etc. which is normally done when employment has been established, but comes across as data collecting or for scamming job applicants. Nonstop calls from multiple 919 numbers. I have asked multiple times to email me about opportunities and I am not okay with calls. I have also been on call and had asked multiple times to hang up and was told that everything in that call was incredibly important to then tell me the same things they told me in an email. Received a text from this number, **************, claiming to be part of the recruitment process for Spectraforce. They sent me a link to the job description, after I requested it. I also asked for the name of the recruiter, but the response was avoided. I went to the company website, and immediately had a malware attack blocked by my browser. I performed a ****** search on the phone number I was in contact with and found multiple red flags, including others who had been phished or scammed.Business Response
