      On May 31, 2023 I went through the drive-thru at Burger King on Rock Quarry Rd. My order totaled $17.95. I used my debit card for payment with the employee at the 1st window. Later that day, I checked my account online and I noticed that my card apparently was swiped twice. I was charged the $17.95 AND $11.14. The next morning I called to speak with an manager. The manager told me that she would call the general manager to see what they could do. The general manager then stated I need to print out my statement and bring it up there before they could issue refund. My problem with that is, why do I need to find a place, pay to print out my statement then use MY gas to drive all the way back to Burger King. I'm sure they have a way to pull my debit card number and see what was charged. I then still went to the Burger King on June 2 and showed the charges to another manager on my phone. She indeed saw the 2 charges and I also gave her my receipt. This manager called that same general manager AFTER she saw the 2 charges and the manager said I need to print out a statement even though you're looking at these charges on my phone. Now, I've wasted gas to go there. I don't have access to print no statement right now. Your employee swiped my card for someone else, or herself and now **** wanna give me the runaround to get MY money back. I want ALL my money back now for both orders and I will never come here again. Clearly they have some deceitful employees working there because I don't understand how she even swiped my card twice for 1 order. Seems skeptical to me. I thought customers came first. The only person tried to help me was *****. She understood everything I was saying. It's not right for my card to be charged twice and then the general manager giving ME a hard time to get my money back. Didn't try anything else to rectify this. And I personally and physically showed them my charges on my phone.
