I contracted with Health Partner to finance hearing aids purchased through ******** I have set up a withdrawal approval against my bank account number for the agreed upon monthly payments. The account is almost paid off, and I have been trying to contact Health Partner to determine the amount due to make a final payment. For the past three weeks, I have been calling them at (919) 600-5526 and leaving messages, but have not received any return calls. I have also emailed them several times, again with no response. I am very concerned that there will be an issue with the amount owed, and that possibly I may overpay, and then not be able to get any kind of refund. Can you provide any assistance with contacting this firm? Also, do you have any suggestions about how to proceed with the final payments on this account? Thanks!
