      CLS was recommended by our insurance adjuster & subsequently hired to repair issues from water damage that occurred August 2020. They removed & replaced Sheetrock, insulation, baseboard in two rooms; insulation under the house & the entire downstairs hardwoods had to be refinished. The floors are the issue. I ask if there was a warranty on their work & they said yes but I never received a written copy. In November I noticed strange spots appearing on the floor so I contacted them. A rep who is no longer there came & he then sent two separate floor refinishes to look at it. We decided to wait a few additional months to see if more appeared. Fast forward to May 2021...more spots...after a month of trying to contact our original rep we finally reached *******, who came out, took a look & said he'd talk to his flooring guys & set up a return visit. He also confirmed that our rugs should not have been placed on floors for 3+ months after refinishing to avoid damaging the floors...this was not done properly & I now have spots under every rug...(.I had told him of spots created by a rug pad I had picked up to clean under). Needless to say I was upset. Here it is January 2022 and NOT A PEEP from ******* or anyone else from this company. I am one very disappointed customer & would never refer them to anyone.

      We hired CLS Restoration, LLC to complete repairs in our home after we experienced water damage in April 2021. They were the company our insurance company recommended to us. Satisfactory work was completed in July 2021. I paid them the final check sent to us by our insurance company amounting to $8,125.69 on June 18, 2021. CLS was supposed to pay us $364.03 of that money for contents lost in the water damage (towels, baskets, and rugs) once they were paid for depreciation costs from our insurance company. I have contacted them several times by email, phone, and text messages. I have not heard back from the company, but our contractor ****** keeps promising he will come by with the check and he has not. It is now November 2021 and we are still awaiting payment.
