On March 10, 2021 purchased 2 items an ****** sofa charcoal and ************* reclining loveseat. The loveseat is in question. Full amount financed $1551.92. Amount for loveseat $799.00 plus tax. Loveseat was faulty footrest wouldn't stay up. Called to the company in March with my complaint. Company pickup loveseat on May 17, 2021. As of July 1,2021 loveseat hasn't been returned. Went back to the warehouse on July 7,2021 picked out another sofa. On July 24,2021 delivery of a loveseat was made. That wasn't what I selected. Didn't accept the loveseat. Numerous calls made, left messages no response. However payments for the loveseat is still being paid. At this point I just want to be refunded. Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/07/30) */ We have spoken to the customer and offered anything of equal value. There is some sort of miscommunication as we would work with the customer if they contacted us. We always offer in store credit to all customers. We would like for the customer to reach out to solve this issue.
