I booked for a golf cart rental, and was not provided a service. I had originally booked this for May 2023, and it was a complete washout scheduled so I called to get a refund, and I was told all bookings are final. They allowed me to move the date vs cancelling. I had to move the date twice, as you can only move the date a for a limited period. I called on 10/21 and requested to move it a final time to 10/29, and I was told it was fine. I showed up on the day I rescheduled to, they would not honor their word and made me pay TWICE! I emailed the owner to request a refund after the fact, and he accused me of not being an adult and stating I never called to change it. I even went to the extent of providing my cell phone records to prove that I had called to change it to 10/29, as the accused me of lying. Still no refund was given even after I proved I called!
