Event: **************** Golf Tournament Date: 10/4/21 ************************* failed to fulfill a Silent Auction Prize Silent Auction Prize: ("******* Date Night")1. Deluxe Accommodations for two adults at the Doubletree By ****** RTP for one Night 2. Dinner for two at the ********** SteakHouse Amount paid for Silent auction item: ~$220 Details:Once receiving the silent auction prize certificate, I was instructed to email ***************** to get the Hotel and Dinner reservations. On the certificate, it states you must give a 30 day notice, no more than 90 days and the prize must be used within 6 months of being issued. I have attempted to get this scheduled since February 2022, which is well within the 6 month period stated on the certificate. However, ***************** and *************** (President of Tournament Promotions) failed to schedule the reservations after multiple attempts. ***************** is now saying its past the 6 month period and all they are willing to offer is a gift card, for an amount lower than what was originally paid. A full refund was requested, with no reply or action. I have email thread evidence, that clearly shows my numerous attempts to schedule this prize, within the 6 month period.The company would simply not respond to my emails at times. The times they did respond, they requested dates I would like, I would provide said dates and then they would go dark again, with no response or confirmation.Initial Complaint

The date was 08/24/2019 the amount of money was $2750. I was at ***** ***** ********** Beer Festival. It was a Silent auction for 2020 ****** Beach County Music Festival VIP Tickets for 4. The event was rescheduled for 2021 due to covid and I tried multiple times to contact them and get information on what they were going to do on their end about the rescheduling and I have contacted them multiple times and they have told me they would get back to me and they just stopped responding and I never received the items I would have needed to go to the 2021 ****** Beach County Music Festival or recieved the money back.
