I sent him an email outlining our agreement is detail and he said "ok" The key points of the agreement are to use specific paints, prime & paint by hand all trim with ******************************* Oil Based Primer, called Extreme Blocker, paint by hand (Brush and Roll, no spraying) all walls and caulk and seal all siding, trim, s**** holes and gaps in wood Little in our agreement was done as agreed. I tried for over one year of to meet with **** and show him all the issues. He had one excuse after the other, usually a sickness. But then he stopped responding all together. This is the reason it has taken more than 12 months for me to make this complaintI was trying to give me the opportunity to make it all right. ***** finally responded, we met on December 7, 2023 and he admitted that: 1.The roof boxing/soffits are bleeding through. Basically, no or little ************* was oil primed. They just painted over my water-based primer. 2.The s**** holes were not filled with caulking 3.The white flashing/drip over hang was painted grey. He said some people like it that way.4.The caulking btw the siding and the corner boards/trim around windows and Doors was not caulked. He said he did not remember discussing that. 5.The house was only sprayed & not hand-painted. He said he never would have taken on the house if it was a hand paint job. But that is clearly what we discussed prior to the job and what the contact said to which he agreed. It is also not what he said on the November 4 email where I specially asked him if he hand-painted the house and he said yes, one coat hand and one coat spray. He lied.He said hed be back in Jan 2024 to fix the issues. He didnt. When I contacted them in Apr many times,**** texted back that he was blocking me
