      Decided to try out Filtereasy's Subscription program for HVAC Filters, because it sounded amazing. The first issue I had was the length if time it took to recieve the order, almost two weeks. When I finally did receive my order we went to install to realize they are the incorrect size for my unit and will not work. The following day called the their *************************** to find out how to send back and get refund. During my lunch break at work i spent over 15 minutes on hold to speak witha representative, I finally gave up on the call so i could have the final 15 minutes of my lunch break to eat. When I got home i E-mailed their ********************* which was on 7/26/2024 Case number ********. This Case Number was given to me in an automated Emai response aent to me assuring me they had recieved my message. It is now Aug 1, 2024, 1 week later and atill have receieved no response from this company. I am requesting to return this product, rwcieve rwfund and wanting assurance that indeed my cancellation request was transmitted to tem via their website and will not be charged moving forward for this subscription service

      I order a filter and never got a respond reach out to receive no follow up response. Reach out on social media just to be ignored and for the next person to get answered

      Ordered a furnace filter online. No confirmation email recieved. Delivered wrong size filter. Needed 20"x25"X4". Got 20"X25"X5". Contacted company, who sent me an email that they had opened case #******** on 3/23/2004. They said " We strive to respond to all submissions within 24 hours as volume allows---so we will be in contact with you soon." It has been two weeks now with no response. Additionally, the supplied filter was a full 3/4 of an inch thinner than nominal. I purchased the correct filter locally, which was the full nominal thickness.I want a full refund, a prepaid return shipping label, and expungment of all my customer information from their files. I want no products from this company again.

      Thank you for contacting FilterEasy. We do apologize for the delay in answering your ticket as we are experiencing an influx of tickets. We did however, receive your complaint from the BBB. Per your request we have issued a refund and cancelled your subscription. As for the filter you received that was the incorrect size we ask that you donate or discard it.

      Saw an ad for this company so I was going to try them out. Tried a 2x25x5 inch filter at a introductory price and put next shipment at 12 months. Within a month, before I even had time to try the new filter, the filter for the next shipment $51.24 had been charged to my bank! It was not due until January ****! I had no time to try the original filter to see if I liked the product before they shipped the next filter 12 months early. Beware!!!

      Hi there,

      We apologize for billing you an additional month. We have reached out to you asking for you to contact us, but did not receive a response. We have since issued a full refund for your February order. Depending on your banking institution it can take up to a week for the funds to reach you.
