Prime was scheduled to perform work starting Tuesday April 12. Work included extensive drywall work, replacement of two toilets, and installation of 6 hanging shelf units. The drywall work and toilet replacements were both problematic, but not worth addressing. The shelf work is the subject of this complaint. Firstly, the crew left the house without completing this work despite the fact that it was clearly in scope and discussed multiple times. I insisted that they return to complete the job; the return work occurred April 18-19. The crew initially installed the some of the shelves in the incorrect place and also did not complete the job. I communicated via text message with one of the owners about having the crew come back to correct and complete the work. They returned the next day and installed the shelves in the appropriate place, but there were still problems: the shelving units were constructed incorrectly, the drywall from the incorrect installation location was not patched, and the crew walked off the job without completing the installation of the last shelf. The shelves need to be reconstructed properly; the drywall holes need to be patched, and the last shelf needs to be installed.
