    I have been looking to purchase a hot tub from this business since September of 2023. I received a quote for the model that I originally wanted which included all of the chemicals needed to maintain the water quality of the hot tub. The salesman then contacted me in February and informed me that a different model of hot tub was on sale and asked if I wanted to take advantage of the deal and purchase it. I specifically asked if the price for the new hot tub included all of the chemicals and accessories from the original quote, to which the business responded, yes sir, it does! This was over text exchange and I still have all of the messages. Within 10 minutes of this text exchange, I paid in full for the hot tub ($12,810). The hot tub was delivered on March 14 and did not include any of the chemicals that the business told me it would. When I contacted the dealer, they gave me a long story about how ************ on the hot tub and said that the chemicals were in fact not included. When I brought up the text exchange when they told me that they would be included, they simply stopped responding.

    My Hot Tub was delivered around October/November 2023. After delivery and set-up the person who delivered it took pictures of the damaged strip and said that the company will get back to me as soon as possible. Although I was told in the store during the purchase that someone would set-up the Hot Tub and anything else I needed, instead on November 6, 2023 I received a couple of emails with links attached for setting up the product from a *************************. On November 10, 2023 I replied and sent the necessary photos that *********************************** asked of me and she said it wasn't in stock but will be ordered. Well on February 19, 2024 I sent ********* another email following up since it had been over three months that I have been waiting for the trim. ********* gave me stories and had very negative tones in her emails responding to me which I have each and every one. I was sold dreams and date changes up to the end of March 2024. This company will discredit other businesses like theirs just to get your business. They increased prices, supposedly deducted a law enforcement discount, and incorporate the same discount back into the fee creatively. I was offered cleaning services and chemicals while going back and forth but I was frustrated with their lies and disrespect that I told them to leave me alone. They still sent emails with these offers... what should I do?
