On 9/15 I was suppose to move in at Abbinghton Cheshirebridge in Apt 108, the unit was not ready, it was still being worked on by maintenance. I stated to ****** the property manager that I have until the end of the month to move so if they can at least have everything done by the end of the month.I came in the unit, it was not clean, the stove and refrigerator was very filthy, the walls and ceiling was two toned and the floor was wet for the second time we walked in. She stated to me prior they were trying to fix a bad paint job. She kept stating everyone was out there budget and I turned around and recommended a painter for her.He informed the pipe was bust inside the wall and that is why the wall look bumpy and said he was shock she was willing to move me in that unit due to the conditions. My daughter also has chronic asthma. I have paid deposit, rent, also had everything turned on. I called corporate several times and informed them on the issue. I never been evicted before but was served a 30-day notice to move out prior apt. I have been placed in hardship now with my financials having to pay rent at two different places and have to wait 30 days for return and not knowing what they would do about the bills that were accumulated without me moving in. This was definitely a bait and switch. I have two children and now have to start from ground zero. Putting me in hardships. I also have a video.
