            We hired Dorsey Landscape for landscaping services in May 2021 that included laying new sod, mulching, and regrading our yard. We paid approx $3400 deposit (half up front) per our contract. We were informed it would be approx 4 weeks until the services could be completed. The weeks pass but services were delayed due to weather. Then more weeks pass, we never received an update from Dorsey unless we reached out to him. After many back and forth conversations and 90 days had passed we still had no clear time to receive the services contracted. We informed **** that we would like a refund for services not rendered to get our deposit back. **** stated he would refund us. A check was sent to us but was returned by the bank for the account being closed. Again we reached out to **** and he stated he would give us a cashiers check. We set an appointment time. We showed up as scheduled. He did not show and the office was vacant. Still no refund. We just want our money back for services not done
