Tues. 3/15/22 approx. 9:30 am - the men who work for Fetsko Lawn Care were cutting the grass. One of their tools they were using damaged our car (parked on the driveway) and ripped a hole in the body of the vehicle and cracked the side mirror frame. Our son was in the front room and heard the noises for both occurrences. He looked out and banged on the window. The men heard him and looked at the window. When I went outside they were gone. I called the owner. I expected a call that day. He did not call. I called several times. When I did speak with him he said he was going to speak with his workers. I have called him multiple times since that conversation and left text messages. He does not answer his phone nor return my calls or text. A week has gone by and he's done nothing.Business response

Mr. ***** was called back to hear his complaint. We investigated and even though our employee said he did not hit his car, we left a voicemail for Mr. ***** asking him to submit pictures so we can submit to our insurance company. He is texting a landline so we have not seen any text messages. We received two voicemails and both were returned. More Information from Business: I submitted Mr. *****'s information along with photo's to our insurance company. More Information from Business: ******* Insurance Company confirmed receipt of the claim. An adjuster will contact him within 24-48 hours. Please let Mr. ***** know.
