His customer service is appalling. Despite claiming to assist in emergencies, he was rude and dismissive during our phone call. I provided my card details, but he abruptly cut me off when I sought reassurance regarding his arrival before providing my CVV. At that point he suggested I look else where that is "more affordable" (assuming my inclination to ask a question as a potential new customer can only be attributed to my lack of funds??). His response to my ****** review is riddled with falsehoods. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. I won't engage with him further.Expect personal contact and unprofessionalism if you leave a negative review! He even (unlawfully?) posted my name on his business website without permission, and barely covered my number as he shared our messages to his business site simply because he didn't like my ****** review.Also, I am not sure if him posting screenshots of our messages to his site was a scare tactic as they have been removed since I last checked after calling ****** customer service to report this crazy response to a rightful ****** review and finding out they were closed as it is Sunday. I have the screenshot, though. Approach with caution. In his response to my ****** review, he claims I bear false witness and act maliciously. Know the law: "A bad review written by an actual customer describing their real experience with your business is legal. Granted, these reviews may involve the customers honest opinion."I would recommend checking other emergency locksmith services first. ****** picked up and American *************** even FaceTimed me to see the lock (phone died at this point unfortunately). In my opinion, his sole unique characteristic as an emergency locksmith in ******* is his crude conduct.
