I have a *********** Appliance Home Warranty that contacted Rescue Guy for my Kenmore Microwave/Oven Double oven combo to repair. ***** had previously sent someone on January 23, 2024 from there service contract people. The Sears technician came in looked at the microwave asked me some questions and then ordered 10 different parts for it. It took two months for those parts to be delivered. Once delivered they set up another appointment for ***** to come back out and finally fix it. No one showed for the next two appointments. On the fourth appointment ***** came back out looked at it again and ordered 6 more parts and left. Each time they came up until this point they only opened the microwave door, pushed a couple of buttons and then left. I received the 6 parts that were ordered a month later and they scheduled two more appointments that no one showed up for. After me calling *********** for two days I finally got them to get another company to come out to fix the Microwave/Oven. They contacted Rescue Guy on Friday, June 14th and he came out on Tuesday, June 18th. All along ***** had told me it would take two technicians to fix it because it was heavy. Rescue Guy fixed it by himself and did it within 2 hours. He only needed 3 of the 16 parts that Sears technician had ordered. So, I recommend Rescue Guy because he fixed in two hours what *********** could not fix in 5 months. My Microwave/Oven Combo is working Great!
