At **s store an **** worker told me of a promotion, where switching service and trading in old phones to **** leads to reduced bills. After switching my bill is now over twice my old bills at $600. I would've rather stayed with previous service. Turns out the person that made transfer was not an employee but a 3rd party business ran through Acquire. I contacted supervisor **** ****** and he said he would sibmit escalation. I have not been contacted almost 2 weeks. I can not and will not pay 600 a month on cell phone bill. Actual customer service **** staff confirmed my transfer at ** is the cause of high bill. Due to negligence thr promotion from march was entered wrong. I want my bill to be the calculated 250 it was originally projected to be.Business response
