06/01/23 to 9/11/2023 I have been trying to cancel my account with this establishment for 3 months. I had a form sent to me and I filled it out and hand-turned it in at the establishment. The next month I was charged again. I called and spoke with the Manager ***** and she refunded the money to me and said she cancelled my account. On 9/9 there was another charge for ***** this month. I called and the person looked up my account and it shows cancelled. She says ***** no longer works there and that the new manager is *****. Today is her first day and she's handling payroll and is too busy to speak with me. I am tired of being charged and jerked around for a membership I have said I no longer want.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: The amount of time wasted (multiple hours and a hour trip to drop off paperwork they require for cancellation just for them to lose it) going back and forth with this company while they charged my account twice. I feel like there should be some compensation for their multiple errors and terrible service.
