On 12/18/2021, I paid a deposit of 548 for a move. I ended up not moving. I was initially told that the deposit was refundable, then told that it's not but they will keep it and I can put toward a future move. I'm finally ready to move and it seems that they don't exist anymore...

12/28/2021 Movers damaged my tv, very expensive large tv with over 2.5k, the corner was bent and i was told the same day it would be taken care of. After the tv was taken out of the box in ********* and set up I noticed there was a bend in the bottom right corner. I informed *** of the bend he said he would let ******* know and I can file a claim I said ok. Hands on moving Co. Never replied back to my stamens sent to ************************** and ******* never got back to me after almost a month of calls and texts. ******* at relocation express said she would contact them and never got back to me. ******* informed me of the 0.60$ per pound reimbursement and said they would have to come take the tv from my home. I said send me this policy in writing he said that it wasn't in writing but he could make one up for me. He was dismissive and didn't take responsibility for the damage and I asked him to send over all policy and contracts to my email. These guys after a month of chasing after then do not want o refund or resolve this issue and its causing me stress. Just refund me what the damage is worth or a few hundred to fix it.

I requested a move from a storage unit into an Apartment. I contacted Relocation Xpress and was given a quote by**************************** for the amount of $815.00,**************** I was told I had to wire the amount of $366.50, which I did (transaction number ****************) from my bank *********** to Relocation Xpress with the address and information given to me. I explained to them what I had to move where it was being moved from and the apartment location. The movers showed up in a flatbed truck, with no capabilities at all of moving my items on a rainy day. I explained to them that I needed a covered truck and I had multiple expensive large items to move. I contacted the contracting company as well as Relocation Xpress to let them know what had happened. The movers went to rent a covered truck but had no luck, as they were all booked. I had to call and get another company to schedule a move at the last minute and pay them for my move. I contacted Relocation Xpress several times by phone to refund my money the same day and days after as well as by email. to no avail. I was told I had to contact them that day to cancel, which I did several times. I was told by the contracted movers that they were told I only had 4 items to move, which was nowhere near what I had to move and what I told them had to be moved. The contracted movers had no capabilities of moving the items from my storage unit to my apartment unit and was not used at all.

I booked a move with this company wks ahead and the "driver" calls me the day before to tell me I had to pay $800 more on top of what I had already paid because my items "weren't that many" so they had to get a "smaller truck" I completely refused that unintelligent lie because it wasn't my fault that they call me a day before my move now that I have trusted them and have my hands tied. Then the driver supposedly spoke with a "manager" and said it was a mistake that I didn't have to pay anything extra but that he needed me to help him find a U-Haul truck? So I helped him and he scheduled it so we agreed on him coming the next morning from ***** to ********* to obtain the truck to get my belongings. The day of the move he TEXTED me not a call, stating he had a "flat tire" in GEORGIA when he was in *****? And that he had cancelled my reservation, I got frustrated and asked why he didn't even attempt to help me and just canceled, he replied with he works for a "a third party contractor" and that I had to call the company I booked with. I was calling them since 4am and every time I spoke with someone I got put on hold and thrown into a voicemail. I left them a voicemail requesting a full refund and they called back stating it was over 24hrs and that I couldn't get it back. I called several times and they sent me straight to voicemail and called back from a different number and surprisingly they picked up right away. Then the rep on the phone had the audacity to unintelligently tell me "oh they're calling you on the other line right now but they can't get a hold of you because you're in the line with me". I told them I was losing a new job I'm was starting the next day for the first time due to their negligence, I was waiting for my items to be picked up by them so I could drive down my car with everything else I had packed. I told them I was going to sue them then they called me back "offering a driver for the next day" when I had already paid another company that day.

Relocation Xpress quoted me $1897.50 per contract attached. I wired them the $825. I used ***** to pay the balance of 1072.50. I received a notice from the bank they could not process the transaction. I called the bank and fixed whatever the problem was. I did not realize the bank would process the first transaction, I thought I would have to resubmit. So I did, but apparently you can only send $2000 a day with *****, because it only allowed me to send $927.50. Which I did. Then, wondering why I could only send $927.50 realized they had processed the other transaction. I immediately called and requested a refund. My contact: ****** *****, told me that of course they would refund the money because they couldn't charge more than the contract since I had chosen a set price option. Now they refuse to refund the money and are forcing me to sue to recover the money. It was an estate move. They're stealing from brother's children. I tried and tried to give them the chance to make it right.
