      Want my refund. 7-10 business days for a refund is a joke. This is 12th day. I called them and its an automatic robot talking saying to email them instead. I just want my refund. I should have read the reviews first. ****** learn

      It took them 2 weeks to get my part to me. Once received it was not correct. I had to send it back. I spoke to a Tech 6 days after and was told that it was being worked on. A week later I spoke to another Tech who told me it was almost ready to ship. I have called them now for 5 days and they are not answering the phone. I called a business in the same building and they went there and personally ask them to call me. At this point they still havent. They were paid nearly $1500.00. **************** is not in their vocabulary.

      Should have read reviews first. Pretty simple, they sent wrong PCM or called ECU also, car ran on 50% of cylinders. Sent back 2 days after receiving and canceled order and asked for refund. Told no problem. Then I find a $190 restock fee. Seems pretty fair doesnt it?

      It has been almost a month since I placed my order and they waited 12 days to message me and tell me that they didn't have my part that they stated that they had on their website and I still haven't received my refund for my order.

      We sent computer for repair. On July 2, 2024 per email, their Tech team reported to us that the unit is non-repairable. The email stated Car Computer Exchange would be shipping the computer back to us - which we did receive the computer back. The email stated that they were sending an update to their billing department for refund processing (July 2, 2024)We have yet to receive our refund or any partial due us.The Car Computer Exchange also would not help us on the phone and blocked our phone number.We called from a different number and they answered but said they could not help us and have since blocked that number.The least they could do is offer an explanation why they have not refunded or partial refunded our payment. They are obviously a Scam business.

      I have yet to receive a refund since they stated they couldn't fix my computer for my 2006 ***** Silverado diesel with the Alison ************** I have called, emailed, texted... I was told once that my refund will be available next day .. still no refund... Would give 0 stars if I could.

      I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from them. At first, I was told I would recieve a return envelope to send my core in. Never got one. Finaly went on the websight and found out core return was not necessary, only needed if you want the lifetime warranty. I ordered one and waited days and never heard ANYTHING from them. Called several times and got no answer. Called this morning and someone finally answered, and was put on hold and disconnected almost imediatley. Called back and pushed 1 for the sales **** and someone answered quickly. By this time, I was ****** and the person that answered knew it and told me I couldn't disrespect her that way. She explained to me that they did not have a core for my replacement and had to order one and it would take up to a week to hve it programmed to work with my vehicle, she said I could wait or request a refubt. I told her I would wait. I then went to BBB ad put the company name in and immediately realized that was the wrong choice. after reading the reviews, I called back and cancelled my order. Now we eill see how long it taakes me to get a refund. She said they had over ****** satsfied customers, and maybe so, but ******************** reviews do not reflect that. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

      I ordered an ECM, after installing it the car did not work properly. It would shut off randomly even while driving making for very dangerous conditions. When I contacted them they told me to send it back under warranty and I would have to pay shipping. Why should I have to pay shipping when you send me a bad product. Anyways sent it back for refund which I had to pay shipping, and have yet to receive refund. Very dissatisfied, I will never buy from them again.
