    I went to Leith Acura to purchase a car a ****** Maxima 2017, I had the worst experience in my life trying to purchase a car. The manager (*****) did everything he could not to sell me the car. The goal post was push back every time. it was a problem one after another. They said I needed a co sign So I told the salesperson (***********************) that i would get my wife to co sign. I asked him would that be okay he said yes., But ***** said he didn't know about what I had told ***. **** and *** said also that the interest was be high on the car but to give me opportunity on Friday Aug 4., to see what I think about the car., but again ***** and his manager did not give me a call or opportunity., but the only time ***** gave me a call is was to tell me he had some bad news that the car was sold.They also said because I took my trade in off the table that was a problem. They are very unprofessional, and like I said I has a horrible experience.!!!!!! Also I like to say so the Manager do not talk to salesperson to see what is going with customer what he or she would like do about the car. HORRIBLE!!!!

    I went there with an issue with the cable that runs to my battery terminal. I wanted the cables replaced and specifically requested it. I showed up for my appointment and was told the cable doesnt need to be replaced. They have tightened it and sprayed the cable. Its a complex job that wasnt needed. I was charged almost $300 for this. I was given a huge list of repairs recommended. ***** replaced was one of them. I brought my car to just tires and they told me I had plenty of tread and top of the line tires. I definitely do not need to replace them. This weekend I was stuck in a parking garage unable to get a tow, because of the wire not replaced to the battery terminal. I just had it replaced, my oil changed, my transmission fluid changed and my serpentine belt changed for the same price it cost me to have them do virtually nothing. My car was stuck for 2 days, because the cable I asked to be replaced wasnt. On top of that a list of repairs, that most of them I didnt need was more a priority.
