I placed an order on October 3rd, 2021 of $155 to Sevenly. I received a confirmation email (order# SEV_******) and was charged the same day. I never received my order, and to my recent knowledge it looks as though the website is no longer functioning or providing customer support. I was never informed the website was going away and was never made aware I would not be receiving my goods! I want a full refund. I am sad for all the people that were robbed by this company, as I was.Initial Complaint

2 transactions the first one September 22 the 2nd oct 8. Large orders of clothing ordered both near $100 orders, neither one received when they were both promised to be delivered within 3 weeks. I began attempting to call and email when they hadn't been even made by that point. Could not reach anyone anywhere. Noticed several other people making the same complaints. Suddenly this past week they just shut down their website claiming to have donated everything and I can reach no one. They are still advertising on ********.Initial Complaint

I ordered a shirt from Sevenly on 9/12. Received confirmation of order and said it'd be shipped in 7-10 business days. On 10/11 I emailed for a status update as I still hadn't received it and got no response. On 11/3 I tried emailing again and got an "undeliverable" email. Today 11/23 I checked website for a phone number and it appears they went out of business, but I still have never gotten my order, a status update, or a refund.Initial Complaint

I bought multiple items from this store on Oct 10th,2021 I've reached out to them multiple times to find out my status. There is no phone number and they won't respond to emails. I looked on their ******** page and there's alot of complaints about having the money taken out of accounts and never receiving items. My bill was $222.75 on Oct 10th, 2021 please help me. ðŸ™Initial Complaint

I purchased a gift card from Sevenly on 11/30/2020 and used part of it, leaving a balance of $79.45. I never received notification that they were closing and only found out when their site no longer worked and the only page I could get to I have included as a .pdf. I would have used the gift card had I been notified so I would like the balance to be refunded to me.Initial Complaint

I have purchased twice from this company in the past year. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to this company as I purchased a couple of hundred dollars worth of merchandise from this organization. My funds were taken and I never received my items. Emails to the company have been ignored and finally bounced back as undeliverable, and their website has been taken down.Initial Complaint

I ordered merchandise totalling $63.14 from Sevenly in August 2021 and received confirmation that my order had been received. My card was charged on August 20. I never received the order, so I contacted customer service in September. Was told that the order was still in process. That was the only response I ever received. Fast forward to October 27th, numerous emails later with no response, and I still have yet to get my order or a response from anyone. I don't care about the merch, I just want the &63 back that Sevenly stole from me.
