I made a purchase on ********* website for a NFL raiders fleece throw blanket. I received notification that the item was delivered through my email. I have checked everywhere is my house because I had ordered multiple items. For some reason this blanket came from Jada's Hats. I had to email ******* 4 times before this company finally got back to me. I was then told i had to wait an additional 24 hours why they speak to ****. I was emailed back 1 DAY later saying that they verified with **** delivered the Package was delivered and she/he could not help me any further. I do believe that either it was lost in transit, or stolen from outside my door. They did not put the order in my mailbox, and I wasn't home when this apparently was delivered. So I don't know what truly happened. **** is investigating for me at this point.Business response

October 15th ordered. 9.95 tax 10.55 total. Order number **************. **** tracking number ********************** 3x5 embroidered gadsden flag. Got an ugly tag instead. I've called, emailed, and sent a text to the number listed on the website.Business response
