I had NC Fix it start the process of mold repair to my floors in August 2020. October 11, 2020 they had completed the mold repair and the installation of my hardwood floors. They contracted ***** flooring for the floor repair. On January 1, 2021 I noticed the first issue with my floors. (Water coming out of the floor and my floors were peeling). They did not installed my dishwasher correctly so there was a floor leak. On February 19, 2021 I noticed the 2nd issue. There were gaps throughout my floor. Again they supposedly came to fix the issue, however I continued to see several gaps. In august 2021 I noticed my crown molding begin to pop off of my wall. I did not know until later that my crown molding coming off my wall was related to how the floors were installed. On October 8, I sent the company and emailed to assist with floor issue. Since they've came to the house acknowledge the issue and stated someone would come out to fix the the issues. However no one has assisted me as of yet. I've called NC Fix it over 20 times and have documentation of sending 27 emails trying to get help with my floors. I've even called ***** flooring, tried to talk to **** the guy who originally came by to look at floor issues. He has not returned my calls . I've talked to ***** and ***** ***** at NC Fixed it.
