On 1/17/24 Streamline Services installed 1 bathroom faucet and 1 kitchen faucet that I supplied. Tech. arrived to work at 8:40 AM, completed job and departed my home at 10:00 AM. He spent approx. 40 minutes on each install. I was charged $346.50 per faucet. Total bill was $693.00 (tax not included). This is extremely high for 80 minutes work, bordering on greed, and beyond the average cost for this area. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Hello ******! We hate to hear that we were unable to meet your expectations at this visit. We do always provide price transparency at each call so there are no surprises when completing work. When looking into this job we did find that there were 2 appointments in order to complete this work so the initial call on 1/16 for approximately 3 hours was not accounted for in your representation of the services performed. However, it is important that we leave no questions unanswered and no concerns unaddressed. Our plumbing service manager did reach out to you but we have not heard back yet. Please give us a call and we can further discuss your concerns and hopefully come to a resolution you are satisfied with. In the end, the customer's satisfaction is of the utmost importance. I called Streamline Services to install a new dishwasher - the phone person said yes we'll be out on X date and it will be $89.00. Unfortunately, the technician quoted $570 to install the dishwasher (Streamline didn't provide any parts) when he arrived. When I told the technician my issue, his suggestion was he didn't have to do the work. I should have taken him up on his proposal. Instead I signed the contract (my bad) and called the Streamline Services.The front office manager seemed to think I should have understood that the phone person couldn't provide quotes and I should have expected the phone person to totally ignore "install new dishwasher". (The quote determined whether I was going to use the big box store's installation folks or stream line services). The Big Box store's quote for installation was about $260.00 (or so I believed at the time when I talked to the front office manager. It was actually $170.00)The front office manager then put my in touch with the technician manager (?) - ******************* lowered it to cost to $395 and said Streamline Services was providing better service. I was too upset to hear what that better service might be, but "better service" was not enumerated in the invoice. In fact, I had to ask the technician to take my old dish washer, and I still have two parts on my counter that say "do not discard, they are needed to finish installation".

We were able to listen back to the initial phone calls where the $89 charge to provide estimates for the dishwasher installation was discussed. Our customer service representative did clearly state that this was the charge in order to provide estimates and asked if you had any question regarding the process, in which you said no. Please let us know if there was any other way we could have phrased this to ensure this happening to customers in the future. We appreciate your honest feedback and were happy to provide you with the discount because we always aim to help, even in cases of misunderstanding. Our service does provide a warranty on the services provided if the installation was not up to your standards unlike many big box store installation folks. If your dishwasher is not functioning properly because of the unused materials left on site please let us know. Thank you again for your feedback and taking the time.

Streamline did a great job with our HVAC system and tankless water heater. Friendly, knowledgeable guys! We joined their monthly program and were very happy with speed of response when we had an issue with our other (very old) system.
