  Xquisite Power Washing, came to my home on May 16, 2022. ******* came out the year before and did a fine job so I had him back. This time, however, his father came instead. His father power-washed the bottom half of my solid wood/stained front door which damage it. (he seemed to realize halfway up the door and stopped) I let ******* know the same day of my service and he assured me he'd either repair the door or write me a check to cover the cost of repairing it myself. He tried to send a contractor to touch up the bottom half of the door only. It would never match up with the top half so I wasn't okay with that plan. I needed the hardware removed, the exterior of the door sanded down and restained/sealed, and then the new hardware put on to return the door to its like-new condition. (The new hardware was shaped a little differently) Despite *******'s preferred contractor agreeing to this process, it never happened. His preferred contractor arrived at my home without an appointment one morning (I was pregnant and in bed with morning sickness). As if arriving without agreeing on a date/time first isn't bad enough, the guy refused to execute the plan we'd previously agreed to by phone which upset me. I asked him why the entire conversation we'd previously had by phone was being disregarded. He then told me I was being difficult and walked out on the job. As he was walking to his vehicle, I told him he needed thicker skin. (couldn't take being held accountable) which he tried to twist into me saying something about the color of his skin. (not true) ******* never did have my door refinished. He never sent me a check to cover the expense. He is no longer responding to my efforts to communicate with him. And, the address he lists here and on his ******** page seems to be fake because the mail that was sent to him there got returned as "undeliverable". I have since paid out of my own pocket to refinish the door/hardware, but I want to be fully reimbursed ASAP.

  I was advised that this company would come out and for 85.00 power wash a single story home , I agreed they came out and the owner was the one who came to do the work. I was busy with stuff for work on the phone but the man the stated we don't really handle brick but I will make sure I'll get the windows and the trim white again and the spider webs all gone , I was skeptical but said ok , he then also advised me it would be 100.00 I asked why price changed , he said it was 85 for summer only , I agreed , he was here less then 40 min and took the 100.00 bill and left , I then was wondering why he was gone so fast , I walked around to realize all he did was spray water on the house from my water faucet and left. Still spider webs all over and windows and trim still filthy , I tried numerous times to call him and text and then through **** **** messager with no response, I got up with a office person who stated it was the owner they would need to talk to and not much they can do.
