    The book would remove gaps of the chapter on it's own accord. When I tried to reach out and tell them, the customer service was infuriating. It's nearly impossible to get in touch with them and only via email and each response takes a full business day. requested a refund 3x and got ignored but i paid for the WHOLE book, not bits and pieces the website decided was sufficient.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I never received the textbook from this company during the semester I needed it for. I reached out multiple of times and the company did not resolve the issue. The company did not refund me for the textbook I bought.

    I paid for the book but I can't own it. They make NO MENTION OF THAT! Stay Away. They RENT you the material. I HAD NO IDEA. I need it now and they want me to PAY FOR IT AGAIN! They don't warn you! Imagine.... Every time I need the book I have to BUY IT AGAIN! God Bless America!

    This business is a fraud. They sold me an ebook that turned out to be an access to the course. I wasn't able to get access to it because the book was the part of the course and the course can be accessed ONLY if you are actively enrolled in a college class. I tried to resolve the issue with customer service and explained that I am unable to use the book I paid for and requested a refund. After a couple of emails (written in the most obnoxious manner possible), they stopped responding. I highly encourage everyone NOT TO BUY from this business. They promise you a hassle-free return, and it's a huge lie. I opened a dispute with my credit card company, and I am sure I am getting my money back but it's been a very unpleasant experience and I regret paying them money.

    Our eCommerce store calls courseware products as secondary products from an eBook by stating in the box where you add to the cart that you are purchasing courseware (**********************************************************************************************************************************). We hate that there was a misunderstanding regarding the purchase. When a refund was requested, we refunded against our outlined policy and procedures regarding courseware refunds.
