10/11/2023 Placed an online order once I arrived to get my order my mother called inside and placed a second order the young man came out and took payment after first letting me know my original order would be ready shortly I proceeded to wait after waiting ************************************************************************************************************ he gave it to me. I proceeded to let him know I wouldnt be asking how long had I got my food already he goes inside and never returns I go to the door ask where my food is and for a manager a lady then comes out and asked me am I sure I didnt get the food which I found to be absolutely absurd and disrespectful I then tell her I would know if someone handed me my food and they can check my car she then says she will get me a manager I asked for a manager initially so why was she speaking to me if she was not is the problem secondly the manager then comes out and asks the same question I asked for my money back at this point Im irritated and ready to go no food has been given I asked several times for them to review camera after irritating me they then go look come back and tell me my food can be prepared it will just take a while I said I wanted my money I only received one refund for the second order my mother placed while I was there never got the money back for my online order and the employee called me a dumb b**** upon giving me the refund receipts they called police on me as well and still havent received the refund so I want my refund and they never had a manger call me per my request as I didnt want to deal with the ones there Im absolutely disgusting with how I was treated and I want my money back
