I wanted to reach out regarding the experience I had on Saturday on 8/13/2022. My significant other and I wanted to enjoy a nice date night on Saturday and decided to visit the restaurant, Tupelo Honey. We arrived at 8p. When we approached the host, we asked her about seating. She proceeded to say they are not taking anymore guests due to closing at 9pm. We thought that was odd, so we asked if we could order something to go. The host continued to say that they close at 9p and the restaurant staff was very busy. I have never encountered this type of service at a restaurant. This was very disappointing and made us less excited about trying the restaurant in the future. I have reached out to the restaurant twice and received no response. I’d like for this to be acknowledged.
