Best ever roof replacement job. The sales and support staff were very professional and kept me appraised of the process at all levels. The roofing team was very efficient and professional. They used modern tools and materials, and the roof shows it. Best in the neighborhood. Their interface with my insurance was seamless. No surprises. As a retired ship captain, I appreciate a well-trained crew. This company sets a new standard in service few can even get clsoe to.Review from Fred M

A&M Roofing did an estimate, contacted our insurance company, got approval and we didnt have to do anything except sign the contract. They took it from there!Easiest build we ever had. They were able to fix the inside damage to ceiling because of a leak that was caused by storm damage too. The build day was so organized; they started when they said they would, worked all day(even with rain delays) about 14 hours and when they left, everything was cleaned up. Our project manager, ****, came the next day to walk around and answer any questions we had. Roof looks amazing! He even helped us put back large flower planters we had moved.We will recommend A&M to anyone who needs a roof replacement, inside damage repair, or any construction work needed.Review from Melissa M

A&M Premier Roofing and Construction were great to work with throughout our roof replacement. They facilitated a quick approval from our insurance company, and also managed through a complicated issue with our solar panel company when it went bankrupt a week before the job was scheduled. I found the sales, customer service, and project management teams to be proactive and responsive in communication, and when it came time for the actual work they were in and out in less than a day in the middle of a rainy time. The roof looks beautiful and I am very happy we chose A&M for the job.Review from Barry S

A & M Premier Roofing & Construction was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The various folks with whom we interacted, from initial contact to project manager to roofer, were careful, kind and communicative.Our roof was removed, some decking was replaced, and the new shingles were installed all in one day, on schedule and precisely as promised. When a small issue arose it was addressed immediately, even though it was a weekend.Having heard stories from friends about their experiences with other contractors, we were concerned that we might be hit with multiple "add-ons" that would increase our costs. There was only one additional expense. We could see it was justified, and were not surprised by it. This supported our decision to work with A & M.Our job also included interior ceiling painting work to deal with prior leakage. Again, the painting crew was respectful, careful, and did a great job. Also, the interior cleanup, which included rearranging furniture was done with extra care. We would highly recommend A & M for roofing work in the Triangle.Review from Scott F

Love my new roof . Process was relatively simple and painless . Our A & M Premier experience was, from beginning to end, a very good one. All team members with whom we worked were extremely helpful, prompt, reliable, professional and personable. This included *************************, *************************, ***************, ***********************, *******************, *************************** and ***************************. The team kept us informed every step of the way and encouraged us to contact them any time with questions. The process of filing for insurance reimbursement was done entirely by the staff at A & M Premier. We especially appreciated *************************** vigilance in recognizing that the adjuster representing our insurance company had overlooked some wind damage to the roof. It took several rounds, but eventually our insurer agreed to the additional coverage.We are very grateful for all the services of A & M Premier. Their reputation and success is reflected by our neighbors, many of whom have had or will soon have their roof repairs/replacements done by this company.
