I hired BulletROOF in October 2017 to replace the roof on my home. There were install issues that were resolved. Fast forward to November 2022. I noticed water spots in my son’s bathroom ceiling and a loose shingle on a different part of the house. I went into the attic and noticed water leaking in from more than one spot, to include a nail coming through the roof decking. The nail looks rusty and the decking around the nail is showing signs of water damage. I called BulletROOF November 30, 2022 and informed the lady that answered the phone of my issue and requested that someone come take a look at the leak. She asked when the installation was done, and then told me the installation warranty is only “like two years”, so I would have to contact the shingle manufacturer with any issues. I located the “contract” emailed to me by the salesman, and there was no mention of warranty. I looked on BulletROOF’s website and located the following: “LIFETIME WARRANTIES At BulletROOF®,we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on our products and our workmanship. Why? Simply put, we stand by our products and our talent. We will only put something on your roof that we know you can depend on forever.” And… “BulletROOF® is Committed to Superior Service BUILDING CONFIDENCE -Dedicated To Giving Back To Our Communities -Lifetime Product & Workmanship Warranties” I then called BulletROOF on December 1, 2022 to inquire about the warranties associated with my roof. She stated she would have to take a message and have someone call me back. I did not receive a return call. I called again approximately 24 hours later to follow up about my roof’s warranty. I received the same offer to leave a message. I asked when I might receive a return call or if someone was available then, and she said she doesn’t know their schedules. Meanwhile the leak continues without a return call and an apparent refusal to stand behind their work, contrary to the statements on their website.
