I can confirm what you've been reading in the reviews about excellence in service demonstrated by BulletROOF. I remember meeting ****** ****** while I watched BulletROOF replace the roof for my neighbor. I was not inclined to replace mine thinking I had several years left and would deal with it later but he approached me and we started talking. He took the time to point out a broken shingle that I had not noticed and several other questionable spots - so I had him inspect the roof. Then I did my homework to check out BulletROOF. ***** made the process easy, helped me with the insurance claim, my insurance company conducted their own inspection and I am now a VERY satisfied customer! Highly recommend.

We recently has our replaced by BulletRoof. We have had wonderful experience with Mr. ***** ****. Mr. **** is an excellent project manager. He has great communication skills and impressive, comprehensive knowledge about roofing industry. He has followed the entire project thoroughly from day 1 to completion. We had our roof replaced in August 2021 by BulletROOF and are very happy with the end result. While there were some issues with communication breakdowns early on after the insurance claim was approved, those got corrected once we had a conversation with the VP. After that, our new project manager worked with us every step of the way. The roofers worked long hours and did an outstanding job. The roof was completed in a day and a half. I would recommend BulletROOF to our neighbors/friends based on our experience and end results.BulletROOF Response
