DO NOT LET THEM DO ANY WORK!!! THEY CHARGE FOR STUFF THEY DID NOT DO. IF YOU FILE WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY THEY CHANGE THERE PRICE EVERY TIME YOU RECEIVE A SCOPE FROM INSURANCE COMPANY THEY CHANGE THEIR PRICE EVEN WHEN WORK IS DONE. REACHED OUT TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY EVEN AFTER I SAID I DID NOT WANT THEM DEALING WITH THEM DIRECTLY, SAYING THEY NEED MORE SUPPLIES AFTER THEY FINISHED MY ROOF A WEEK LATER, THE **** IS RUDE WHEN YOU ASK HER QUESTIONS TO WHY YOU ARE BEING CHARGED FOR THEY SHE GETS A ATTITUDE. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANY TO THEM!!! THEY WILL TRY AND GET OVER ON YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY!!!

Dear *******,First off, I am glad we were able to help you get a new roof through your insurance carrier due to storm damage. However, when dealing with Insurance Companies, sometimes is necessary to go back to the Insurance provider to cover items they did not initially cover or to correct any changes in price. This is completely normal when dealing with an insurance claim.The changes in price were paid for by YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER for things they should have paid for originally. Your out-of-pocket of your deductible and upgrades did not change at all through the process. In your claim, the insurance company finalized the extra line items needed after we installed the roof. As a result, you were credited those line items. We had multiple conversations with you and your husband trying to explain the process. You hung up on me and your husband told my Company Controller to shut up while they were talking.Camden Roofing has done everything honestly have been forthright about the process.We still await your final payment.Review from Harold M

***** ******* was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end! We had damage from the hail storm that hit our area. He took care of everything from filing the claim with insurance to taking the time to educate us on the different product options and checking in once the work was complete to make sure we were 100% satisfied.
