My roof was installed on June 23 2021. The remaining interior and exterior work such as painting and installing gutters and screens was scheduled for June 28 but **** canceled. The work was rescheduled for July 9 but **** was a no show. I called him and he stated he had to go out of town. I expressed my displeasure with his unprofessionalism and told him he's already been paid by the insurance company and he needed to complete the remaining work. I also explained the scuff marks left on my siding during the initial job needed to be removed and paper needed to be removed from gutters. Several weeks passes with **** not answering calls or text messages. **** also was signed a contract to complete fence repairs along with other exterior work. He never completed the fence repairs and after several weeks finally started he was having problems with his subcontractors. **** inspected the roof of my neighbor who lives acres the street from me. She started she's attempting to contact him for months and he hasn't returned her calls.

I had the BEST contractor experience with *** and **** at Capital City Contracting! My roof had damage from a storm, but my insurance company tried to deny the claim for a replacement and suggested repairs only. *** and **** kept in contact with me and went the extra mile(s) to show the insurance company that a repair would only cause further damage. On the third attempt to prove to the insurance company that a replacement was needed (via a video call with the insurance adjuster demonstrating the damage a repair would cause), the claim was finally approved. I was so impressed by their determination to 'do what is right' and HIGHLY recommend them! When my roof was replaced, they were on the roof checking on their crew to ensure the job was done right! Their crew was quick and professional and did a great job cleaning up all the debris. My roof looks great and I'm so impressed with CCC!Review from Yvonne P

The best home improvement/construction experience I have ever had! I had severe roof damage caused by hails and wind but didn't want to deal with the insurance company, although mine is a very decent insurance company. Mr. ****** was gracious enough to be there when insurance representative came by and was able to quickly identify and show the damages to the insurance agent. He was there with his crew and supervised the work they did, he would go on the roof to check on the crew. I have a beautiful roof and all my neighbors love the beautiful new black gutters. I highly recommend Capitol City Contracting, LLC. Excellent work, integrity, and dependability.
