I called the number and **** ****** from the shingle master came for estimate . I told him this is related to claim with ***** **** and he accepted this as claim to be submitted on my behalf .He submitted the claim and told me he is getting paid more than the total cost of the project , so I told him he can start the work for the total roof replacement the insurance company approved. He started the work while I was travelling. When I returned I found the work was incomplete ( soffits and fascia were rotten and painted without replacement) and front fascia ere cracked . The shingle were not properly installed. He told me **** will come and evaluate.**** stopped replying to messages or calls.**** came and said that I am right and he will replace things as part of the original work. On the day of the repair he told me he will send me a bill for 2000 extra . I told him this is. Within scope of work . **** showed up and was rude and told me the work is fine and I told him also the insurance company did not approve the cost . He told me it is not my job even though he commuted to deal with this as insurance claim. **** started the repair with a gut called Oscar and then he stopped and didn’t complete the work and left. And then their office called and said I need to pay. I told them you need to finish work and submit the adjusted cost to insurance they refused and tried to harass me repeatedly by Brian the owner yelling me will file a lien on your house for not paying. I told them finish your work and communicate with the insurance company the extra cost as agreed . They said it is cash proposal abd denied that this was insurance claim despite providing the evidence of their estimate submission to ***** **** and despite mentioning that soffit and fascia of the trod was part of the scope of the work they were supposed to complete as part of royal roof replacement.
